Schritt für Schritt kommen wir unserem Projektziel, einem eigenen Berufsausbildungszentrum / Vocational Training Centre näher. Nachdem wir uns mit dem bisherigen Eigentümer des Baugrundstücks geeinigt hatten, wurde unser Rechtsanwalt mit der formalen Abwicklung des Kaufes und des Eigentumsübergangs beauftragt.
Der Prozess ist fast abgeschlossen, so dass unser Architekt bereits mit der Vorplanung des Gebäudes beginnen konnte. Die Pläne werden nun im nächsten Schritt den zuständigen Behörden zur Genehmigung vorgelegt.

    Building a vocational training centre right next to JKR is a thoughtful and powerful move. It shows how CHC supports young people today.

  2. This is very thoughtful of the CHC team. It’s a step that will see a transformation to the modern-day training centers in the world, and more so, it will give the youth a platform to be able to explore and experience a variety of hands-on skills that will enable them to be competent in the modern-day job market. Personally, as a proud alumnus of the youth center, and looking forward to it.
